How much would a spare part cost?
If your product is still under warranty, spare parts are shipped free of charge. For products that are no longer under warranty, spare part prices usually range from £9 to £50, depending on the type of part, and a standard shipping fee of £5 applies for deliveries within Europe.
Please note that we only supply parts that are easy to replace yourself. For more complex repairs, such as zipper replacement, we recommend sending your product to one of our authorised repair centres by requesting a pick-up service through our Support&Go portal, or asking your local dealer for assistance.

There are no parts available for my product, but it is still under warranty, what should I do?
