Product Registration

Registering your Samsonite product is quick and gives you easy access to product details and support.

1. Go to my.samsonite.com, Samsonite’s official product registration platform.
2. Select your region. If you’re in Europe, choose “Europe” to proceed.
3. Create an account to manage all your registered Samsonite products.
4. Enter your Product ID, found on your warranty card or on a label inside your product.
5. Add your purchase details, including date and the store or website where you bought your item.
6. Optionally upload your proof of purchase or warranty card for smoother service in the future.
7. Submit your registration to add the product to your Samsonite profile.

Once registered, you can view product information, lock instructions, and more, anytime you need.

If you are unable to register your Samsonite product, even if it was purchased in the UK, you still have full access to warranty support. Be sure to keep your original receipt, as it serves as valid proof of purchase and will be needed for any warranty claims or service requests in the future.

Your product ID can be found on the warranty card included with your Samsonite purchase, or on a white label inside your item. This unique code is important for registering your product and for any warranty claims.

If you have a hard-shell suitcase, look inside along the seam where the two halves meet to find the label with your product code. For soft-shell suitcases or bags, the product code is usually on a label sewn into the lining or in an outer pocket along the side seam.
