Ordering your favourite Samsonite luggage online should feel as smooth as your next trip. In this section, you will find answers to common questions about placing an order, available payment methods, security, and what happens once your purchase is confirmed, so you can shop with confidence from checkout to delivery.

How do I place an online order?

You can place an order if you are an adult aged 18 or over. Ordering is simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Add your favorite products to your basket.
  2. Select how you'd like them delivered.
  3. Enter your delivery address.
  4. Provide your billing address and payment details.
  5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  6. Take a final look at your selection and total price, including shipping, before confirming your order.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming we've received it. We reserve the amount on your credit card and only charge it when your order ships.
If you paid by credit card, you'll get a separate email with your payment status.
As soon as your items are on their way, we notify you with a "Shipping Notification E-mail." Please note, all orders depend on the products being available at the time of shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

You can also use PayPal Express for an even faster checkout. It's a safe and secure option that lets you skip the guest checkout process and pay quickly with just your email address and password, with no need to re-enter your details. Please note that PayPal Express is not available for Collection from Store or Collection from UPS Access Point.

Can I cancel my order?

To ensure your order ships as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that your order can be stopped before shipping. If successful, your cancellation will be confirmed in your Order History under Your Account.

If cancellation is not possible and your order has already shipped, simply refuse delivery when it arrives. Once the product returns to our fulfillment center, we will promptly refund your purchase price.

How do I use my voucher?

A voucher code gives you a special discount when you buy products from our website. Enjoy savings on your order by following these simple steps to redeem your voucher code:

  1. Choose a product from our website. Please note that some products may not be eligible for discounts.
  2. Click on CART at the top right of the page to view your shopping cart.
  3. Locate the “Enter promo code” text below the shipping method options and click on it.
  4. Enter your voucher code in the box that appears, then click “Apply.” Your discount will be automatically applied to your purchase.

Important information about discount vouchers:

  • Vouchers are valid only for a limited time. Make sure you place your order before 23:59 on the promotion’s closing date.
  • Voucher codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
  • Typically, vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
  • No cash alternative is available for voucher discounts.

Why doesn't my voucher apply the correct discount to my order?

Discount vouchers usually offer either a percentage off or a set monetary savings. If your voucher did not apply the expected discount, please make sure your code has not expired and is entered exactly as shown.

If your voucher is still valid and you believe the discount applied is incorrect, please contact us and clearly mention the voucher code you are using. Our team will be happy to help resolve the issue.

What should I do if my discount voucher isn't working?

Some discount vouchers work only on certain products from our collection.

If you receive a message saying the voucher has expired or isn’t recognized, it can not be used on your order.

If your voucher is not being accepted, here are a few things you can try:

  1. Double-check that your voucher applies to every item in your cart; only selected products may be eligible for discounts.
  2. Make sure you are using an online gift certificate, not a retail certificate meant for physical stores. Store gift certificates can’t be used on online orders.
  3. Check that you have entered the voucher code exactly as shown. It is easy to make mistakes when typing, so we recommend copying and pasting the code whenever possible.

Common mistakes to watch out for:

  • Extra spaces, typos, or incorrect characters in the code.
  • Mixing up lowercase and uppercase letters; the code is case sensitive. Double-check your ‘Caps Lock’ key and use the correct letter case.
  • Confusing the numbers 0 or 1 with the letters O or I.
