Slick & Beautiful
I really like the slick feeling that comes with this luggage. It is quite beautiful. The luggage is also very spacious allowing me to judiciously take that to my advantage, whether travelling for business or for pleasure.

Superb carry-on luggage
Excellent luggage, well-designed and thoughtfully laid out. Security it easy with the integrated locking system. Nice addition of grab handles on this edition and the expanding feature is brilliant. Fantastic all-round product.

Brilliant small suitcase
We use to travel with EasyJet and this suitcase is just the size to take in the plane and put it under the seat with no charge. Everyone can bring one small cabin bag per person on board for free. It can be a maximum size of 45 x 36 x 20 cm (including any handles and wheels). The only downside is that before you get into the plane EasJet will ask you at least twice to put the suitcase into the hand luggage cradle to make sure it's the right size. Never puss the suitcase to the bottom of the cradle, just half of the suitcase is enough to show them that with the handle and wheels it goes in. Otherwise you will damage the suitcase when you force it out of the cradle. The suitcase itself is great. Light, well made and good wheels. We have two!

The perfect underseater case!
I love this product so much! Especially, now that I travel with low-cost airlines more, i can save some money, by not adding a large cabin bag as my travel extras. I can just take along my 45cm Unserseater and save space and money!

Great quality for the price
This is just a lovely suitcase, perfect cabin baggage. Great security features and expandable too. Only small snag is that the internal zips for expanding can sometimes get caught in the outer zips for closing the suitcase up. Otherwise brilliant and at a great price point, mid range between cheap and higher end products. I travel about 2-3 times per month on business and this feels like it will last well.

Plenty of space
My previous Samsonite carry-on eventually wore out. Having used it weekly for over 10 years, I really can't complain so obviously, I chose another Samsonite case to replace it with. This case had the largest internal volume of any 2 wheeled carry-on on the website thus choosing it as I prefer to travel carry-on only where possible. Space matters. The case itself feels sturdy although lining materials feel "thinner" and less durable however it is lighter as well so I suppose it's to be expected that lighter materials will be needed. The zips also feel less rugged I have now done a handful of trips and the extra space is noticeable. Plenty of pockets and organisation too. The only thing I don't like is the way the zips for expanding the case are set up. On a few occasions, I have zipped up the case only to realise that it is now expanded (and thus bigger than the allowed carry on size) meaning I have to unzip, find the right zip pulls and zip it up again. This could be better thought out. Time will tell when it comes to durability but with a brand like Samsonite and a decent warranty, I have every faith this case will last me for several years to come

Handy small suitcase
Great small case which expands quite a lot and is very easy to wheel some distance over various road surfaces. Locking system is great and covers all sections securely. Minor niggles are the lack of side pockets in the main compartment and a bit more protection on the bottom of the case would be good too. Overall happy with my purchase.

Not considered as personal item because of the wheel
I purchased the Samsonite Upright Underseater (2 Wheels) 45cm expecting it to fit as a personal item under the seat, as advertised. While the bag itself is well-made, lightweight, and spacious for its size, I ran into a frustrating issue at the airport. Despite its compact dimensions, the airline charged me an extra fee at boarding because it has wheels and a trolley handle. They claimed that only backpacks or rucksacks qualify as personal items, and any wheeled bag is considered a carry-on, even if it fits under the seat. This was a major disappointment, as I specifically bought this case to avoid extra baggage fees. If i knew this, I would have gone for their backpack instead. Pros: ✔️ Lightweight and easy to maneuver ✔️ Good quality materials ✔️ Fits under most airline seats Cons: ❌ Soft-sided design may not hold shape when packed ❌ Some airlines don't count it as a personal item due to wheels ❌ Extra baggage fees might apply, despite the size While the Samsonite Upright Underseater is a great bag in terms of design and practicality, be cautious if you're using it as a personal item on budget airlines. Some carriers will still charge you extra simply because it has wheels, regardless of its size. Check your airline's policies carefully before flying!

Shocking
I was shocked by the quality of this product. One of the zippers were missing a metal loop hole. On top of that the laptop compartment has 0% protective padding. This is not what I'm accustomed too. Customer service was excellent though.
