How do I clean the exterior of my luggage?
1. Clean your luggage with a soft cloth and warm water with mild soap. Make sure the cloth is not too wet when cleaning to avoid water getting in your luggage. Detergents containing alcohol may damage your luggage's shell.
2. Pay extra attention to touchpoints like the lock, wheel handle, zipper pullers, ... Once again, make sure the cloth is not too wet to avoid water getting in your luggage.
3. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
4. Let your luggage dry completely before storing in a dry and cool place.
5. If you are on the go, use disinfectant wipes for touchpoints like handles, locks, pullers, ... Do not use alcohol-based products on your luggage's shell.

How do I clean the removable interior of my luggage?
1. Carefully remove inner components and the lining of your luggage.
2. Your interior lining is machine washable at 30° max. Make sure to use a delicate/handwash program and do not tumble dry. If you would like to iron, please opt for a program/temperature for synthetic or delicate textile.
3. Make sure the components and lining are completely dry before attaching it again.

Is my product water-resistant?
Most of our products are water-repellent but not waterproof. Consequently, any damage caused by water, will not be covered by our warranty.
How do I use zipped cases?
Please make sure to always open your zip until the end. If you do not open your zip completely, you might put too much pressure onto the zip when opening the suitcase, which may cause it to deform.
Can I put my backpacks in the washing machine?
To ensure fabrics retain their properties, we recommend you to not machine wash, tumble dry, dy clean, iron or bleach your backpack or other travel bags. Dirt can be removed with a soft washing cloth with tepid water, and if necessary a mild/PH-neutral detergent
