Hi I bought this suitcase but how does the combi lock work? It did not come with a key is there a default combination to open the suitcase or was it meant to come with keys?

Asked by: Yumna
Hi Yumna, I can confirm that your case has a TSA lock. Therefore keys are not supplied with your suitcase. The function of the TSA lock is for customs only. Should you ever be traveling to the US and customs need to access your case they can do so with a TSA key. This function will avoid any damage to your lock. The default code for your case is 0-0-0. To open your case you will need to set the lock to 0-0-0 and slide the TSA function with the keyhole firmly. Your zip pullers will release and you will gain access to your case. I hope this helps.
